The knoweledge about the climate crisis motivated us to found hotels for future
What science has been preaching almost like a broken record for decades is clearly obvious.
We need to change our way of life immediately and in a meaningful way. Denying reality through the "I hear nothing" and "I see nothing" mentality can't be sustained much longer.
The weather extremes prove it; the world is falling apart around us.
Are the countless daily reports in newspapers and specialist magazines or scientifically prepared TV documentaries so incomprehensible?
A very simple, immediately implementable, and easily measurable way to capture CO2 from the atmosphere in the biosphere is through reforestation with mixed forests.
No more large clear-cutting, but rather a balanced and sustainable use of our forested areas.
Can businesses do something for the future?
Absolutely, because climate protection starts right at your own doorstep and doesn't end there by any means.
You don't have to give it up even on vacation or business trips.

Baum-Pflanz-Projekt von Hotels for future in Kenia
Auf der Suche nach einem passenden Baum-Pflanz- Projekt für die Hotelgruppe Hotels for future konnten wir mit den Austrian-Doctors aus Salzburg einen wunderbaren Partner finden. Austrian Doctors ist eine international tätige Hilfsorganisation, die Ihre Arbeit auf medizinische Hilfe und Bildung für notleidende Menschen in Krisengebieten legt. In den unzähligen Projekten, wie z.B. ein Brunnenbau für sauberes Trinkwasser, wird eng mit lokalen Partner zusammen gearbeitet.
Dies schafft die Möglichkeit einer langen und nachhaltigen Entwicklung, die gerade bei Pflanz Projekten unverzichtbar ist. 2024 startet das Aufforstungprogramm von Austrian Doctors und Hotels for future . Das Projekt wird mit beiden Projektpartner der Austrian Doctors – der Eroret Preparatory School und der Mary Hill Selfhelp Group umgesetzt.
